highly skilled migrant programme - hsmp
HSMP's have changed the government has stopped issuing HSMP visas until early december 06 . Its today (05 December 06), if you haven't already check the to see if you qualify as the assessment works with the online-visa-assessment.html rules!
Contact a registered OISC consultant for more information or have a look at the press statement for more information.
Dont be fooled by anyone, the new guidance notes are available for everyone to look at.
The HSMP scheme is for people who are highly skilled in their respective job role, you dont need to be a brain surgeon as long as your skills are classified ny the Home Office as at a high level.I can't give too much information as all the companies I checked with say that each application needs to be fairly in depth and is considered on its own merits.
There are two types of HSMP, both have different requirements; under 28 and over 28 years old.
This is a simple visa to get but can be very difficult to put the application together, there are a lot of different 'ways in'.
I would definately say speak to an OISC registered consultant about the hsmp visa.
